EasyChair (HEART2023 Submission)

All contributed papers should be submitted through EasyChair titled "HEART2023".

Authors are invited to submit technical papers according to the following new ACM format. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE FORMAT, otherwise, the ACM publishing system (TAPS) will not be able to accept your manuscript, which means your submission will not be published.

All contributions are expected to 

• With 12 pages including text, figures, tables, plus unlimited pages for references considered as regular papers.

• Should be prepared for DOUBLE-BLIND peer review for regular papers
  - Authors should not identify themselves
  - Author names and affiliations should NOT be included in the submitted paper.
  - Citations of prior work must be written in a third-party manner.

• Should be prepared for SINGLE-BLIND peer review for special session papers
  - Authors do not need to remove any personal information.

• Must be submitted electronically in PDF format.

• Only submissions through EasyChair are allowed.

• Must have at least one author with a regular registration for the manuscript to be included and published in the proceedings.
